Breakfast Session
As part of this ongoing initiative, WalkWater held a Breakfast Session on “Talent & Culture: 2 imperatives for GCCs” with our keynote speaker Mr. Gaurav Ahluwalia, Partner-People Consulting Practice, EY. This event was held on 25th July 2024, at Hilton Bangalore Embassy Golf Links, Bangalore.
As the GCCs ecosystem grows within India, we need to continuously develop our understanding of different strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent, as well as ways to cultivate a positive and inclusive culture that will drive the capability scale up and overall growth.
In the Breakfast Session, our key speaker, Mr. Gaurav Ahluwalia delved into the key principles and best practices that are shaping the GCCs in India. He took us through his learnings and experiences into unlocking the full potential of talent and culture in GCCs.
